Turmeric and tomato gives a great colour! I added a splash of coconut cream, for the taste, the smell and to make the curry more golden! @Gmuflahi

We had bilimbi pickles, pickled green chilis and red and green chili pickles @Hari Ghotra. My husband brought them from Mauritius.
Thanks for the recipe! It’s easy and quick to cook. The colour is great! And it’s really delicious. No left-overs!
