Hello @Sue Geen wonderful vegetable starters for a meal with meat!! For guests I prepare the Pakora in advance and freeze them. Before serving I put them in the oven at 100 degrees for about 30-45 minutes, the time for the aperitif!! Same for Samosa!! Coming out of the oven they lightly crisp! And all smells really great!
did you cook them in advance @boo , or just before you served. needing a starter to go with chicken saag on Monday.
