Hi Hari! I’m originally from Scotland but now living in the middle of the USA. I’ve been trying your recipes for a while now, as I really miss my curries, and they are excellent! But I was wondering if you know how to make the “pink” pakora sauce served in Indian restaurants throughout Scotland?

Hi @Richard McLaren that’s great to hear - the infamous Scottish pink sauce! It’s definitely a restaurant invention!! It’s usually yoghurt, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and mint sauce. Does that sound about right??
