Did you freeze some? Also they defrost pretty quickly @dcmorris27

Hi @dcmorris27 I would defrost them first. Otherwise they can remain cold or frozen in the middle and very brown on the outside which is not nice!

hi @Hari Ghotra just a wuestion about samosa, you mentioned freezing them and noted about putting a piece of greasedproof paper between the layers but is it best to defrost them or cook them from frozen?
