I read several recipes online, then closed my phone and did my own thing! coriander coconut chutney/dip: Big bunch coriander leaves, 2-3tbs fresh mint leaves, 3tbs grated coconut, 1 garlic cl, 2in grated ginger, 1gr chilli, 2tbs cashews or almond pdr, juice1 lime, 1tsp sugar, 3-4 tbs Gk yogurt, salt. Whizz in blender. 😋💕
