Hey @Hari, Just made some base masala in the slow cooker for the first time - delicious 👍🏻 I have frozen some portions and want to know how to use these as a base but cook different dishes with different flavours. It may be as simple as ‘add coconut for an xyz curry’ but some guidance would be great. Thanks
