Anyway, in my opinion, water or beer is the most suitable drink for Indian food. Personally, I think wine doesn’t go well with Indian spices. So, beer and hot chili achar rhyme perfectly @Mr-G

Hello @traceyross, I bought the chilis in a Turkish supermarket in Hamburg. It’s the variety Aci Sivri, a cayenne type chili pepper. They have a wonderful red colour, are approximately 5 inches long, slender. For me, personally, too hot!!
