

Just passing on a tip, something I tried with fresh curry leaves. 2 months ago I put these in a sealed jar with plenty of kitchen paper. Opened them today for my Rhubarb achar and other than maybe 6 leaves, the rest are still fresh as a daisy not dried out at all!

There was still moisture in the jar that possibly turned the other leaves so I’ve returned the rest of the unused leaves to the jar with fresh paper and I’ve added a thick layer of chunky salt granules to the bottom of the jar this time @Jo dunn @boo
