

Tonight I have made Bakare ke Gosht ka Vindaloo ( lamb vindaloo) with Dahl paratha and cauliflower rice.
Very nice ANDREA said it was spicy hot. Enough leftovers for the freezer . 👍

Thanks @boo, @ latif, @traceyross and @Hari Ghotra, I used leg of lamb, after Ihad cut off the skin and ‘bits’ I boiled them up to make some stock for the vindaloo (waste not want not 😂).
