It was great in the slow cooker @Hari Ghotra I used the ‘slow cook’ setting on my electric pressure cooker then used ‘sauté’ function to reduce the liquid down at the end to get a nice thick sauce with the lid off. First class. @joncrewgee I used pomegranate seeds and coriander with the stems in the rice.
