Chicken Tikka in the marinade.... watch this space.... I've used breasts this time as I've run out of thighs. ๐Ÿ‘Ž Hope it's not too dry? Maybe a very quick blast under hot grill, or the reverse... longer stay in warm oven?????

Depending on the size of the cubes Iโ€™ve done them in 10mins on the hottest oven temp turning once 1/2 way and Iโ€™d put them on kabab sticks on a wire rack, makes them easier to turn. @Jo dunn xx
