anybody any guidance on dhaal. if it's too watery should I just keep simmering?

Hi @paul.tilstone great to see everyone helping - did it turn out ok? You do have to stir it too so it doesn’t catch at the bottom.

It will evaporate just keep the lid off and turn up the heat a bit and keep stirring. I’ve had this a few times with too much water but it will be okay it soon evaporates to a nice consistency. @paul.tilstone Enjoy your dal

If you added too much water this time, you now know much more about the right quantity. Let the Dhal evaporate. It will be alright!! Enjoy!! @paul.tilstone

Definitely @paul.tilstone. Keep going till it's how you like it. Consistency is a personal concept. Personally, I like it 'thin', but it's personal taste!💕
