Nihari Lamb - the pic does not do it justice but this is probably the best Lamb curry I’ve ever made. Low and slow, tender meat falling off the bone in a succulent bone marrow rich deep earthy and smoky spicy gravy. Home made Rotis were the only other thing necessary to accompany this delightful meal. A must for any lamb lover 😋😋😋🌶🌶🌶
