Hi all which supermarkets sell fresh fenugreek leaves or does anyone know a good online shop thanks

Hi @ John Birmingham, I buy mine from a local market stall in Didcot. Don’t know where you are but try local veg. markets stalls.

Ohh I see thanks @Sue Geen and @John Birmingham 😆 I have seen methi sold in Indian shops in frozen cubes to so check the freezer isle too. You won’t find it in a English supermarket though. A good alternative would be to use dried with some fresh spinach. Hope that helps!

not seen it in any of the big supermarkets. your best bet is a market stall or Indian grocer @John Birmingham
