

Indian duck breast with spicy tomato chutney, raajma and missi roti. I deglazed the pan with a but of water, then used it to rewarm the chutney. Squeeze every but of flavour from that duck breast!

It’s good, @Hari Ghotra ! I used your duck&tamarind recipe, but with a different chutney. I was actually a bit surprised at how well it combined with both the duck and the raajma. Definitely do give this a try!
