It’s a bread from Pakistan made with a normal atta dough with a little oil so it’s soft, rolled out then you smear it with a paste of ground mung beans that have been soaked, mango powder, Carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds, chickpea flour, chilli, coriander. The bread is then deep fried

the only way i can describe it is meat and veg filled flakey naan/ chapti.
