Hi everyone! I made Quick Keralan Pandi, a South Indian pork curry, with basmati rice. Didn't have green beans, so we had broccoli instead, which was actually really good with it. Very nice coconut flavours in this dish - made with pork tenderloin. I'm struggling to cook properly on the induction hob, but I will have to learn to love it, as I can't change to gas π’π π
