Heh, sounds familiar, @Jo dunn . Yesterday someone said ‘[Indonesian food] is always quite spicy’. It can be, actually, but this was just a gentle tingle on the tongue. Not even remotely like one of @Hari Ghotra ‘s orange chilli recipes.

So what are we having next week, Hari? Reindeer curry?

Yay 😀 you made the recipe of the week @Jo dunn looks great. Funny how we start needing chilli. I would definitely put a chopped green chilli in too.
I have a more festive recipe ready for next week!

Thank you @Arthur vdH and @traceyross! The korma was surprisingly quick and easy to make. I can't believe how much my chilli tolerance has increased during my time cooking and learning with Hari Ghotra, as I found that 2 red chillies are now too mild for me!!🌶🌶🌶 I might do this again with a green chopped chilli added at the onion stage next time. I'm ready for Lamb Madras next week, now @Hari Ghotra, what do you say??? 💕
