Just made and tasted my first ever Lamb Bhuna.
Not sure about it as I've never tasted one before. Think I prefer my Madras.
No criticism of the recipe, just not for me. Please don't all shout at me.

Total difference. Combination of maturing and extra garam masala has worked. Thanks for your comments. I shall be making it again.🍜🍜

Coriander was the only miss. It's on the stove as I write. I'll add extra Garam thanks.

It seemed to lack body if thats the right term. Going to eat it tonight after a day maturing. Will report back tomorrow.

It could be of course @ Hari Ghotra that I've not made it correctly. I shall be trying again. There are so many of your recipes I want to try.
