Turkey Murgh Makhani! πŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒ Lots of butter chickens πŸ”πŸ“πŸ”πŸ“around at the moment, so I thought I'd join in. No chicken to hand, so I've used the very last of the turkey. Worked a dream! I added extra 'red' with tomato puree and, as I found the dish overall a little mild, (that growing chilli tolerance again @Hari Ghotra!), I added extra kashmiri red chilli powder st the end. The kasuri methi is stunning flavour-wise. A definite keeper this recipe. Everyone here loved the take away look and feel of the pureed sauce!!!!
