Turkey Murgh Makhani! 🦃🦃🦃 Lots of butter chickens 🐔🐓🐔🐓around at the moment, so I thought I'd join in. No chicken to hand, so I've used the very last of the turkey. Worked a dream! I added extra 'red' with tomato puree and, as I found the dish overall a little mild, (that growing chilli tolerance again @Hari Ghotra!), I added extra kashmiri red chilli powder st the end. The kasuri methi is stunning flavour-wise. A definite keeper this recipe. Everyone here loved the take away look and feel of the pureed sauce!!!!

Thanks. Kim doesn’t like it hot so I’ll stick with it as is for now.

Hope you enjoy it @andrewsherman! We thought it was an outstanding curry, one of the best yet! Bit mild for us, (now that we've turned into such tough curry chilli nuts - I blame @Hari Ghotra!!), so had to add extra chilli at the end, but it was nice to have a 'smooth' sauce for a change.
