Tonight I made Chicken Tikka Masala, instead of Rajma, and results were good, though I wished I had used less lime juice. I didn’t have the equivalent of Double-cream, and I think that would have taken the tartness down to a better degree and balanced things overall. But I will try it again with the American approximation of Double-cream.

I bet it’s really tasty without cream @3himes I use the American heavy whipping cream in mine.

Lime juice helps to enhance the flavours, but - as Hari proposed already - add little quantities like Tsp and taste. So you’ll find the right quantity for your taste.

Hi @3himes great to have you join us and try the recipes. Always add a little at a time and taste it. An alternative could be to add some coconut cream or almond powder to add richness if you can’t get cream. Coconut changes the flavour a little but would have helped with the tang. Hope that helps. Looking forward to seeing other dishes you cook.

Edit: I had some paneer that needed using, and you can see it in there
