Hey #Hari'sCurryCrew what do you think about Superfoods? In the Evening Standard last night they were taking about the big 4 Superfoods for this year and Ghee was listed as number two! We have talked about Ghee on a number of occasions but I would love to know what your personal thoughts are about using it. Has anyone tried any of these - what are your thoughts?
