Chapti kebabs @Hari Ghotra I think I had too much tomato (chunks too large, tomatoes too watery perhaps?) they were a bit soft and crumbly but oh my the flavours were so good!! I had so much fun making these; the aromas when I was making them were a treat. Served them with a cucumber raita and some rotis with nigella seeds. I'll do this again; I think lamb would be brilliant, will try that.
