I will! The Mauritian version sounds good as well.

Looks delicious!! @Cathy Van de Moortele ⭐️ Our daughter loves the Mauritian way of Aloo bangun. In Mauritius they call it Touffé Brinzel. Onions, garlic, ginger, aubergines, tomatoes and potatoes. Salt to taste. And a pinch of garam masala just before serving.
I adore Hari’s recipe! Give it a try!

Hari got herself a new fan. You’re lucky to have your wife as a cook @latif

No wonder @Cathy Van de Moortele! I would have done like her, too! I wish you a lot of fun, cooking Hari’s recipes. They are really great!! I myself don’t cook, but my wife is a great fan of Hari!!!

@latif in fact I made it for my youngest daughter who is vegan. She licked the bowl.

Just a spelling variant, I think, Cathy. If you ever can't find a Hari Ghotra recipe on her App, I've often found them by Just trying the Google way! and googling 'Hari Ghotra ****curry'. @Cathy Van de Moortele. 😁💕

'Aloo Bangun' is Hari's recipe. You'll find it here on the App in 'Search'. Yum. Yours looks delicious @Cathy Van de Moortele
