Just made pork vindaloo. Was worried about the heat but it was so tasty I kept going. My tolerance must have gone up a chilli! So delicious we dived straight in and forgot to take a pic X

Ginger is very warming and maybe if you are hot person already it’s too much. Just miss it out and see if that helps @Arthur vdH

Yes @Hari Ghotra I found that too. I can handle chilli better, but I don’t get used to ginger for some reason. Ginger still makes me perspire.

I know what you mean about chilli tolerance, Hayley. I'm amazed at how many I can put in a recipe now, when just half a chilli used to seem 'Very, very' hot to me!!!🌶🌶🌶🌶 Pork vindaloo is a lovely curry isn't it 👍💕🌶
