I made the Malabar shrimp the other day and it was spectacular! It's one of my wife favorites, and no recipe has done it justice until I found yours. Just one question though, the recipe calls for chili's. What kind? There are millions of types and I definitely used the wrong ones. Fresno to be exact. Thanks for sharing your recipes with us.
