Today we made Lamb Madras. This is absolutely wonderful! I wish this post could waft the aromas from this dish into your screen! I had the butcher remove all fat from a leg of lamb. Then it was boned. I asked the butcher to cut up the bones and I took them away with the lamb. I added the bones into the dish. It has made the most wonderful unctuous gravy. Many thanks for this outstanding recipe!!
