Hi everybody, happy New Year! Great to be cooking again😊. Tonight I’ve cooked an ‘International’ meal. There is a Caribbean curry of beef, the Caribbean powder is from Cardiff market. All the chillis used are from my garden. The accompaniments are South Indian Cabbage Stir Fry, the bread is methi rotis from Tilehurst near Reading and the wine is from Faugeres in France. A lovely combination
