Bhuna using pork loin and a first for using pork in a Bhuna. The rich sauce was delicious with the pork. The Aloo Gobi was made in the slow cooker from Hari’s slow cooker book. Lovely recipes thank you Hari.

Thank you @latif @Hari Ghotra @Jo dunn @Mike Wyle @victoria.darragh @joncrewgee @sgeist for your comments. Definitely enjoying pork in curry.
@Jo dunn I agree, pork makes a great curry, and a tenderloin is the perfect cut when you need an emergency curry! It is good to be part of a group where I can say something like 'emergency curry' and know that I'll be understood🌶️
Looks delicious @traceyross well done 👍
Looks fantastic
Lovely you used pork in your Bhuna, Tracey! Mark Harvey and I are huge fans of tenderloin, it's a superb meat to curry. Your Aloo Gobi looks beautiful, gorgeous colours. I really must try more veg in the slow cooker, thank you for that 🤗💕 @traceyross
