Hey @Mr-G once the raan is cooked you should be left with some juice in the tin. Use that to make a gravy it’s delicious. For potatoes I’m assuming you want some roast potatoes? Try the recipe for spicy lemon roast potatoes or you can do a classic roast potato but when you put them in the hot oil add salt, 1tsp cumin seeds, chilli powder, garlic and Garam Masala and roast as normal. I would throw your parsnips in too.
Try the cumin Carrot and peas recipe as a side.
It this what you had in mind? Another option is lemon rice - with this it’s delicious 😋
