Hey everybody. This is the color of the mustard oil from my local Asian store. Is this oil OK? @Hari Ghotra? Thanks for your help.

Looks fine I use this when I use a zippy bag for marinating chicken tikka.It stops the chicken from going dry and makes it moist before I put them on charcoal grill

Looks same colour as mine @Andypsilon. You need to heat it to a high temperature, smoking point, then let it cool down before you use it as a normal oil. Read Hari's blog on it. Google Hari Ghotra Mustard Oil.

It doesn’t have ‘edible’ on the label but neither does mine and I still use mine, just not very regular! I think there’s a bit of controversy about it.
