How are we all doing today? Happy Monday folks - I have a lovely little dish for you to try for this weeks #recipeoftheweek - It's called Gobi Masallum and it's a whole baked cauliflower that is drenched in a fragrant cashew nut sauce and it is really tasty and super satisfying. You can cook it in the slow cooker and the recipe is in my book, you can also make in vegan by missing out the ghee and using rapeseed oil instead or you can cut the cooking time by pouring the sauce over smaller florets and baking those instead.
