First class meal tonight, absolutely loved the recipe of the week Gobi Masallum (roasted cauliflower) such a beautiful rich sauce. I could eat that sauce on other curries, so yum. Mahaar chole di dhal - lovely black lentils and split chickpeas so tasty and cooked in the slow cooker. Marrow curry is an old favourite and it was the first time making roti using atta and froze some dough. Great recipes thank you Hari!💞👍👌

Your confidence is doting in the kitchen @traceyross - it’s incredible to see your dinner time spreads. Did you like the Gobi masallum?
Great meal @traceyross ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rotis look wonderful!!
What a wonderful vegetarian spread (maybe even vegan if vegetable ghee or oil is used and no yoghurt). Anyway, whether vegetarian or vegan doesn’t at all matter, fact is that here is real and authentic Indian food and would rejoice the heart (and the palate) of any Indian food lover! Bravo @traceyross!!!!
You are right @traceyross that's really an first class meal. Looks fantastic and makes my mouth water. 😉👌👏
