First class meal tonight, absolutely loved the recipe of the week Gobi Masallum (roasted cauliflower) such a beautiful rich sauce. I could eat that sauce on other curries, so yum. Mahaar chole di dhal - lovely black lentils and split chickpeas so tasty and cooked in the slow cooker. Marrow curry is an old favourite and it was the first time making roti using atta and froze some dough. Great recipes thank you Hari!πŸ’žπŸ‘πŸ‘Œ
