Pork curry with chickpeas, potatoes and pepper, served with roti. It’s been in the oven at 140°C for three hours. Really nice and tender!

Lovely curry @Arthur vdH! But like @boo, no pork for me. I could well imagine it with chicken thighs. As for goat, sorry, I enjoy too much watching them😊. Of course, all this is my personal taste and inclination.

I think this will work with chicken thighs too @boo , although you’d cook them much shorter, naturally. Or goat, that’s a combination I’d like to try myself.

That must have been delicious @Arthur vdH ⭐️ I love a curry with chickpeas, red peppers and potatoes! Unfortunately no pork for me. But that is only my personal opinion.
A good idea to cook your dish in the oven at a low temperature!
