Used Hari’s sausage roll mixture to make these little pasties and they were so delicious. They were really easy to make and the mixture is so versatile. They went down a treat at the weekend and will definitely be making them again.

It was supposed to be pork but we could only get lamb mince which worked well.
The shortcrust I do 5oz butter to 8oz flour I use half plain and half s/r. I do use extra butter because I like my pastry short. Traditionally though it is half fat to flour I think.
