Finally got around to making Gobi Masallam. Really tasty!

I used a jug too @Jo dunn . I didnāt make it too wet while blending, but I did add a bit of water in the pan. I went for a āsmearableā consistency and that worked out quite well.

I had to thin the mix down quite a lot, actually, with a mug or more of water in order to stick blend it (in a jug in the end, as I didn't want to scratch my pan). I ended up with a lot of sauce, which ended up being a good thing, as I used it to cover any burnt looking bits around the bottom edges, when it came out of the oven @Arthur vdH š

Yeah, it was fun. And quite easy, except for the blending. I think Iāll just put everything into a blender instead of using a stick blender. Eating it was even better though :-)
