Good evening everybody! Tonight I prepared aloo palak, potatoes and spinach gravy, it’s a dish I found out in my favorite local Indian restaurant and so I tried to cook it! I didn’t have fresh tomatoes, so I used a tin and it works anyway 😊
What about you? What are you cooking?! Buon appetito to all of you! 😋

@Ann Own Wow. the website looks amazing. A wonderful selection of herbs, salts and spices. Unfortunately the shop is not working, but maybe your friend can send me a price list per Mail? And is a shipment to Germany possible? Thanks for your help.

@Andypsilon of course she does! Here you have the link to her website, you can find “Puress oil” also on facebook, maybe it’s easier if you need to ask something. Otherwise let me know if I can help!

@boo also here in Northern Italy during winter tomatoes are not so tasty, I can confirm that this solution with tinned ones works! Have a wonderful night 😊😊😊

Thank you all for your comments, I am “new” here and you are always nice and supportive! @Jo dunn , your pic is amazing, I am speachless! @Andypsilon, those tubes contain 4 different types of seasoned salt (for vegetables, fish, meat and wild fennel), a friend of mine produce them 😊

I adore Palak Aloo!! @Ann Own Tinned tomatoes are a very good solution in Northern Europe, especially in winter! Even in summer, it’s difficult to have good tomatoes here. They must be sweet (!!) and juicy! And have a dark brilliant red colour!
Tonight I made paranthas, with atta. We had it with tea, but they work really well with Palak Aloo! ⭐️

Hey @Ann Own looks really delicious and your test tubes in the background looks pretty cool in the kitchen 👍. Do you use the tubes for storing spices?
