Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsBasmati rice with fresh grated coconut, cashews, curry leaves, chana and urid dal... different, but good!15 comments,0 shares,5 likesTom Eatoalmost 2 yearsWow!Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsReally really good @joncrewgee! Fresh coconut, thrown on the concrete outside to break it open was Suuuch fun! Then grating it down was also great fun! I'd never used my own grated fresh before and will always do it now. So good. It added something really different to the rice. Try it. I used the side of the box grater for carrots, so fairly large gratings, but thin. Really very nice 💕joncrewgeealmost 2 yearsOooo yummy @Jo Dunn how was the coconut in the rice ?Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsSo fairly tricky to know if my rice would go with it then? @ken.macritchieken.macritchiealmost 2 years@Jo dunn well chicken panda is an acquired taste & quite hard to find 😁traceyrossalmost 2 yearsLovely rice dish and feast @Jo dunnstripeybagalmost 2 yearsNice and healthy @Jo dunn, bet it tasted good too. 🍽Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsThank you @sgeist, the fresh grated coconut was a great addition to the rice 🥥🍚Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsThank you @ken.macritchie, I've not come across chicken panda? 🐥🐼sgeistalmost 2 yearsthat looks, and sounds absolutely delicious @Jo dunnken.macritchiealmost 2 years@Jo dunn that looks great, do you think it'll go with @Hari Ghotra chicken panda?Hari Ghotraalmost 2 yearsLovely meal @Jo dunn - oh egg curry not had that for a while!Jo dunnalmost 2 yearsYes, I soaked them 30 mins, then drained and roasted them with the nuts, @Hari GhotraHari Ghotraalmost 2 yearsWhat a beautiful shot @Jo dunn looks lovely.
