Really really good @joncrewgee! Fresh coconut, thrown on the concrete outside to break it open was Suuuch fun! Then grating it down was also great fun! I'd never used my own grated fresh before and will always do it now. So good. It added something really different to the rice. Try it. I used the side of the box grater for carrots, so fairly large gratings, but thin. Really very nice 💕

Yes, I soaked them 30 mins, then drained and roasted them with the nuts, @Hari Ghotra
