4 oz - urid flour
2 oz - jasmine rice Flour
1/2 tsp-turmeric powder
1/2 tps- group pink rock salt
2 tsp- coconut oil
40 ml-water

Put flours, turmeric , and rock salt in a bowl
Add water; a little at a time, to form a stiff dough
Add coconut oil and knead in hands for 10 mins to incorporate all ingredients
Wrap in cling film to stop a skin forming and leave for 1 hour
Break into 6 equal balls and roll out to 1mm in thickness
Leave on kitchen roll to dry for 20 mins and deep fry holding poppadom under oil

Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Kashmiri chilli flakes (1tsp)
