I went through my freezer today and found Lamb Koftas, a Lamb shoulder fillet, and a sauce left over from a ‘1st class railway curry’ I made a while ago (which is stupidly hot but coconut milk based). So I’ve fried off the Koftas, chopped up the shoulder and slow cooked ‘ @Hari Ghotra Karahi style in ginger, garlic n salt....and thrown the whole lot together and it’s just blipping now while the rice cooks. Bit of a concoction but I seriously can’t wait to try this little beauty!
