Hyderabadi shanks from Hari’s slow cooker book with masala mash and roti. The lamb was delicious, tender and fell off the bone. We loved it! The masala mash was a bit addictive too with the roti. Thank you Hari for another fantastic meal. I used roti dough that was frozen, thank you to Arthur for recommending it.
