Moong Dhal. 100 gr moong dhal suits well for 2 hungry people! I added 50 gr each of carrots, cauliflower and peas. Plus 1 tomato. Spices: dried red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds, 1 clove, 1 green cardamom, turmeric. No garlic, no ginger, no onions! Very tasty!!
