Moong Dhal. 100 gr moong dhal suits well for 2 hungry people! I added 50 gr each of carrots, cauliflower and peas. Plus 1 tomato. Spices: dried red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds, 1 clove, 1 green cardamom, turmeric. No garlic, no ginger, no onions!
Very tasty!!

Yes @Andypsilon the taste is similar to lentils. Lentils and beans belong to the same family. Moong dhal are small yellow beans. They are soft after 20 minutes cooking in boiling water.
