Second go at chicken pasanda & sorted the texture, tomatoes, ginger, garlic & almonds made smoother & it was just gorgeous

Recipes are working fine, but as in everything else you'll only get out what you put in if all the prep is done properly, but not really doing a lot of Indian cooking before it's a steep learning curve of know what is needed in Indian food @Hari Ghotra
