@Hari Ghotra I would've tried it tomorrow but had my cancer treatment today so I know I won't be up to making it until Saturday, but can't wait as it will be my first ever pork curry as until I saw you recipes I didn't know they existed so I'll give an update Saturday

Yes, Ken. It's always dark brown/black mustard seeds unless other colours specifically listed. It's a really nice curry the Coorg Pandi @ken.macritchie Hope you enjoy it đź’•
