I love the combination of coconut, oranges and the warming spiciness of kashmiri chili and ginger. So today I made a red lentil dhal with coconut, oranges, kashmiri chili, ginger/garlic paste, cassia bark, caramelized onions, bay leafs, cloves, cumin seeds and black mustard seeds. And I have to say if you are in a bad mood, you should enjoy this 👍😊
