with Great Roast Potatoes tonight. Followed Parveen Ashraf's spiced roast potatoes recipe. Cut potatoes into quarters or halves if small. Do not parboil. Put in oven dish or roasting tin. Sprinkle on 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black mustard seeds and half a tsp of turmeric. Put 2 tsp's vegetable oil and mix well with hands. Cook in oven on about 170/180 for around an hour and twenty minutes. Absolutely gorgeous 😀

Sausage and mash here tonight!!!! Quite unusual for us... with cabbage, swede, carrots, cauliflower, butternut squash and green beans, all with homemade gravy, cos all those veggies, they were all on offer in a giant veg bag for £2 at the local market today!! 💕 Lamb Rogan Josh tomorrow.💕

I get a lot of my ingredients from eBay @joranibhatti you get a lot more for your money and quality is usually very good,a lot better than super markets. Maybe try it for your oil 👍

Amazing @joranibhatti love tandoori chicken. If you can’t get hold of mustard oil use rapeseed instead.

@Hari Ghotra Tandoori chicken with salad tonight. I can't seem to get mustard oil from my locals, anywhere you can suggest so I can include it in next time.
