Yes, Colmar is wonderful. You wouldn’t believe it: I ate a Turkish Döner there @Mark Harvey !Mark Harvey11 monthsRiesling 😍🇩🇪 we went to see Colmar too 😍latif11 monthsThis is the Baden-Württemberg region. I don’t know it very much. I was once on a three-week seminary in Mannheim and I seize the opportunity to visit Baden Baden and two French cities, not far from the German border, Colmar and Straßburg, wonderful cities, which you certainly visited if you were in the surroundings. They have very good white wines and rosé in Baden-Württemberg if you like German wines @Mark Harvey .Mark Harvey11 monthsI was in Freiburg last summer and I traveled over the Rhein to the French mountains and it was unbelievable. I plan to go back at some point on a week long fishing trip 🇩🇪😍🐡latif11 monthsOops: ...successful fishing... @Mark Harvey !!!latif11 monthsJust came back from a long walk in the north German countryside. Sunny spring weather! Wish you successful next time you’re in Hampshire @Mark Harvey !!!!Mark Harvey11 monthsthe fish from the rivers aren't really suitable really I tend to steam bake the trout in lose foillatif11 monthsFishing in Hampshire must be a dream @Mark Harvey !! Why don’t you save one or two of those trouts for your bouillabaisse? Or don’t lake and river fish lend themselves to bouillabaisse? I myself prefer fish from the sea for it.Mark Harvey11 monthsthe fish I catch are caught from the chalk streams in Hampshire. they are brown and rainbow trout but they are farm reared and then stocked into the chalk streams. I usually prepare one in the evening and freeze the rest. it's a different world over here ☹️🐡latif11 monthsAnd what about the fish you caught? Do you Cook them immediately or freeze them? @Mark Harvey?Mark Harvey11 monthshi @latif unfortunately not. I live in tooting bec in London and I go to a local fishmonger's. it's the best I can get 🙄🤔🐡latif11 monthsBeautiful @Mark Harvey! Coming from an island, I love everything, which comes from the sea! By the way, did you do the bouillabaisse with the fish you caught?
