It was excellent. It was in the fridge for about 24 hours before I filled mi face. I usually eat curry with roti or similar and I could just pinch the meat with a bit of folded roti and it would fall apart. I did bung a tin of chick peas in as a token gesture too. 3 portions are now maturing in mi freezer. 👍

Slow slow simmer for about 4hrs should do it. ✅

Yep. Had horse several times. I have eaten some weird things over in north east Thailand. My wife is from there so I am used to eating anything that moves. 😂

Not sure. It was in the fridge labelled Beef. Then again it was a certain well known Chinese supermarket in Birmingham 😂😂😂. Donkey horse beef it’s all meat innit ✅✅

Ha ha, ‘Ezel’ in Dutch would be donkey meat 😄 I guess that’s not what you are using.
