The old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it" came true today....... last time I made Mutter Paneer is was outstanding but today I changed the amount of chillies & over did it so it was naff, Tarka Dhal I burnt the bloody garlic so that was naff as well & let's not even mention the White goat curry 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Never mind, Ken. "Learn from your mistakes" is another old saying! And it's true! Without mistakes we'd never learn!! Keep going, this was just a bad cook day 💕

Don’t worry @ken.macritchie your next curry will be great! I’ve done this too with chilli.

@Hari Ghotra I know it will be, next time I'll just tone the chillies down, keep more of an eye on the garlic & get the goat from an halal butcher as the stuff I got from my butcher was as tough as leather & I couldn't get the sauce smooth enough even using the kenwood tri-blade soup attachment to blitz it so it was more like wallpaper paste 🤬

@harv.azad that's true but with my luck that saying could mean the next 2 meals I do will be garbage as well, so that would make 3 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well they say it comes in threes @ken.macritchie so it’s bound to get better again. 🤞
