Last night I made Murgh Makhani but the color was not lovely red. The color was more brownish. Overall flavor was good but not how it should have been. I read the directions and read them again. I used fresh Roma Tomatoes and all of the other ingredients were per the recipe. I really want to perfect this dish but not sure what I did wrong.
